Dragon boat training. -Focus!

It is nice to challenge yourself with new things in life.
Like dragonboating for example...
 I can´t say that it is very motivating:
leaving the house at 8:15am on a Saturday morning,
in pouring rain, going to all the way (20 min;-) to Sai Kung,
get into the smelly dirty water, scoop the 1000s of litres of water out of the boat.....
Until:
you are in position, rowing the boat off shore,
with our coach, as a team, calm and powerful strokes....
Totally focused.
Love it!
